BOOM provides practical mentoring, coaching and training for allied health clinicians, leaders, teams and business owners who want to strengthen their clinical practice, become better leaders or build stronger allied health businesses.
Our support is grounded in what we do every day. We bring advanced paediatric clinical skills, experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams, and more than 18 years of running and growing allied health services.

Access 1:1 or group mentoring with experienced BOOM clinicians who bring advanced skills across specialised areas of paediatric practice.
Mentoring is practical and tailored to the clinician. It can focus on clinical reasoning, complex cases, intervention planning, developing advanced clinical skills or building confidence in an area of practice you want to take further.
Areas of mentoring may include paediatric rehabilitation, complex physical presentations, upper limb intervention, AAC and alternative access, assistive technology and equipment, mobility and positioning, feeding, swallowing and other areas of advanced paediatric practice.
Our multidisciplinary environment also means that, where appropriate, mentoring can draw on perspectives from more than one discipline.

We work with emerging leaders, Team Leaders, Clinical Leaders and management teams to build practical leadership capability that works in real allied health environments.
Mentoring and training can explore areas such as leading accountability, coaching team members, managing performance, navigating difficult conversations, giving feedback, building healthy team culture, managing change and developing leadership confidence.
Support can be delivered through 1:1 leadership mentoring, leadership team coaching or tailored workshops for your organisation.
