BOOM Kids Clinic may be a new name, but the experience behind it has been built over decades.
For 18 years, South West Kids Clinic has supported children and families across NSW, while D.O.T.S Occupational Therapy for Children has spent 15 years doing the same in Victoria. Both clinics have built strong relationships, experienced teams and a shared commitment to quality paediatric care.
Today, we're bringing that experience together to create something even stronger.
As founders, business owners and clinicians, we understand what children and families need from their therapy team, and what clinicians need to do their best work.
When we began discussing the future of our clinics, we quickly recognised how closely our values aligned. We shared a commitment to putting children at the centre of care, building multidisciplinary services around their needs and creating workplaces where clinicians can continue to grow.
That shared vision became the foundation for BOOM.
Our goal isn't simply to become bigger. It's to build an organisation that can continue delivering high-quality paediatric care as the needs of families, funding systems and the allied health landscape evolve.
Together, we can bring more clinical knowledge around each child, invest in services and equipment, create stronger career opportunities for our teams and reach more families.
BOOM brings together 33 years of experience, two established clinics and one shared vision for the future.
While our name is new, the people, relationships and commitment behind it remain. We're proud of what we've each built and excited about what we can achieve together.
